专利摘要:
A jogger for lateral alignment of sheets in a sheet-delivering device of a sheet-processing machine, such as a printing machine, has displaceable diaphragm; resiliently yieldable member; and a pusher member connected with the diaphragm and the resiliently yieldable member so that upon displacement of the diaphragm in one direction, the pusher member first moves toward a sheet-delivery device against the force of the resiliently yieldable member and then tilts after contacting a sheet stack in the sheet-delivery device, wherein the diaphragm is elastic and pneumatically impingeable to perform the displacement, so that the pusher member automatically adjusts upon the sheet stack.

one
The invention relates to a push-off strip for lateral alignment of sheets in sheet-cutting devices of sheet-processing machines, in particular printing machines.
From DD - GM 18 164 there is a known pushing bar, the pushing plate of which runs through the pneumatic working cylinder against the edge of the stocks.
The disadvantage of this collision bar is that the collision plate acts with a constant force with a full surface against the edge of the stack, so that the sheets that are already included in the stocks are still under the influence of the collision plate. This may damage sheets.
In addition, the pneumatic drive of the pushing bar is difficult and adjustment when the sheet size is changed is difficult, because the pulsed action of the slipway depends on the distance between the facing bar and the slipway.
The aim of the invention is to create a pneumatically driven push rod, which has a simple design, requires little cost during adjustment with a modified sheet format and allows for the exact formation of stocks when processing all grades of paper without damaging the sheets.
The object of the invention is to create a push bar which is automatically leveled with a pulsed action on the sheet being leveled along the edge of the stocks.

According to the invention, the task is solved by the fact that, after putting on the receiving berth, the crash movement of the colliding plate is fixed to the flat spring, and the threaded finger located in the pneumatically loaded rubber membrane is firmly attached to the colliding plate.
The rubber membrane is made as part of an air-filled air chamber, which is manually or automatically adjustable during operation of the machine with a butterfly valve.
A flat spring rigidly connected with a colliding plate is located on the intermediate piece.
An adjusting nut located on the threaded pin is provided for adjusting the stroke.
With the help of the directional valve it is possible to selectively turn on or off the push-off bar during operation of the machine.
Thanks to the solution according to the invention, a better formation of stocks is achieved when processing all grades of paper with respect to the known pushing strips without damaging the edge of the sheet by the pushing plate.
The pushing plate acts on the lateral edge of the stocks with only one impulse adjusted according to the rigidity of the paper, which does not affect the position of the sheets.
After putting on the receiving dock, the colliding plate overturns under the action of the tilting moment produced by the finger and the flat spring around the edges of the stocks into the area above the receiving stocks and acts on the sheets in the lifting state. In this case, the collision plate is automatically aligned with the upper edge of the stocks. The resistance force of the upper edge of the stocks and the sheet, the spring force of the flat spring and the rubber membrane act against
the overpressure produced in the air chamber, so that it is possible, with the help of optimal pressure control, to produce a soft, non-damaging leveling sheet pulsed action on the sheet.
A further advantage of swinging the pusher plate into the zone above the receiving slipway is that it is also possible to obtain a well-aligned slipway when processing sheets with dimensional deviations.
The collision bar has a simple, low-cost, pneumatic actuator. The retaining bar works with low wear and is reliable in operation.
FIG. 1 shows schematically a receiving slip with a colliding bar, top view; in fig. 2 - colliding bar in the resting phase, side view; in fig. 3 - the same, in the stage of alignment.
FIG. Figure 1 shows a simplified top view of the receiving dock 1, on the front edge of which there are stops of the sheets 2. Sideways on the receiving dock 1 are the pushing strips 3, which are attached to the rail 4 with the possibility of moving along it. On the rail 4 are also fixed stops 5. The rail 4 is attached by a known method on the walls of acceptance (not shown). Push strips 3 are adjusted to an appropriate paper size.
As shown in FIG. 2 and 3, the pushing strip 3 consists of a pushing plate 6, on the lower edge of which a flat spring 7 is located, which is attached to the intermediate part 8 on the opposite end of the pushing strip 3 which is opposite to the receiver 1 and closed by a cover 9, which is connected with spacers 10 with an intermediate piece 8 or a rail 4. Between the cover 9 and the intermediate piece 10 there is a rubber membrane 11 which, together with the cover 9, includes an air chamber 12. A connecting hole for the air duct is provided in the cover 9 13. The air line 13 is connected via the flow valve 19 and the throttle valve 18 to the air filling device (not shown). A finger with a thread 14 with an adjusting nut 15 is fixedly located on the rubber membrane 11 and on the steel plate of the 6. An adjusting nut 5 is provided for switching the stroke on or off. To limit the stroke, a stop 16 is provided, which is provided with a hole for receiving a threaded pin 14.
The principle of operation of the device according to the invention is as follows.
Using feed means (not shown), for example carriages with grippers.
Sheet 17 is continuously transported through receiving dock 1, released and laid out on it. Here, the sheet 17 is automatically aligned with the leading edge on the stops of the sheets 2.
The lateral position of the sheets is limited by the stops 5 and is under the influence of the pushing bar 3.
Through the air duct 13, the air chamber 12 is pneumatically controlled.
0 or more times in the tact of a sequence of sheets. Thus, in the air chamber 12, an overpressure occurs and the rubber membrane 11 with a threaded finger 14 and the colliding plate b move against the force of the flat spring 7 in the direction of the receiving piles 1, where the prying plate 6 acts on the sheet 17. the colliding plate 6 performs a linear or approximately linear movement.
After depositing the slab 6
0, on the receiving dock 1, the colliding plate 6 tilts until the adjusting nut 15, which is provided for adjusting the movement of the finger with the thread 14, is on the stop 16, the circle of the edge of the stocks in the receiving dock 1 and acts on the stage fall sheet 17.
By interrupting the air supply, regulation can be made
0 during the operation of the mask by the throttle valve 18, the threaded pin 14 and the colliding plate 6 is returned by the action of the flat spring 7 and the rubber membrane 11 again to its original position (Fig. 2).
five
By means of the flow valve 19, it is possible to supply air during the operation of the mask with selective switching on or off for one or both of the pushing strips 3. In the figures it is indicated that adjacent to the pushing bar 3 are
0 fixed stops 5. But it is possible to obtain a well-aligned receiving pile 1 and without fixed stops 5. In the embodiment, the colliding plate 6 is presented as a flat plate. But it is also possible to carry out the pushing plate 6, in order to improve the alignment accuracy, is convex in accordance with the pickup of the receiving stocks.
Recognized as an invention according to the results of the examination carried out by the Office
0 according to the invention of the German Democratic Republic.
